The Black Seed Buns are buns like no other. They might be black in colour and uniquely tasty, but that isn’t the only thing that’s different about them.
These buns contain four highly nutritious ingredients: black cumin (also known as black seed), black sesame seeds, blue poppy seeds and molasses. All of these ingredients come together to give our buns their dark appearance, pack them full of nutritious vitamins and minerals and give them a wonderfully exotic taste.

The FreeDough Black Seed buns are low in carbohydrate, high in protein and contain vitamins and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, vitamin B, antioxidants and polyphenols.
Water, vital wheat gluten (28.5%), black sesame (7%), free-range chicken egg, oat fibre, butter (milk), whey protein (milk), molasses (3%), erythritol, yeast, salt, poppy seeds, black cumin, xanthan gum, white sesame.
